Jay Rosenthal is the Founder of Internet Advisors Group. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience in building, growing and managing emerging companies in the areas of consulting, business development, the law, internet and new media.

Throughout his professional career, Jay has been helping companies and professional firms throughout North America to develop and implement online business and market penetration strategies using a unique combination of a "common sense" and "analytical" methodology always visualizing the "Big Picture" with the ultimate goal and objective to generate new business, clientele and to increase sales and bottom-line revenues. He is recognized as one of the leading internet consultants and has directed and managed online marketing programs for not only leading Fortune 1000 companies, emerging and startup ventures, but for small and mid-sized businesses, various professional legal and medical firms as well as individuals.

Jay began his professional career as a corporate, contract, and sports attorney, served as Vice-President for a Major League Professional Baseball Franchise before embarking on his distinguished internet career.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University and completed his early legal education receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Jay's wife Lori is well-known as a leading Makeup Artist for the film, glamour and corporate industries and his daughter Adina is presently completing her Senior year in the School of Education at Boston University.

As the new Chief Operating Officer of Internet Advisors Group, Mr. Pafford is responsible for ensuring that the company's operations and strategic direction stay on course. Thomas Pafford has over 25 years experience in the Information Techology Industry.

Prior to joining Internet Advisors Group, Mr. Pafford served as Director of Operations for a Government Contracting company in Old Town Alexandria. He is a former US Millitary officer, having served 20 years in the Air Force. He held the highest level of Top Secret Clearance during his tenure, and has worked as an Anti-Terrorist consultant for companies in the Gulf War. Recently, he performed consulting work for the Emerging Technologies Group at Booz Allen Hamilton, a prestigious global technologies consulting firm.

Thomas Pafford has a Masters Degree in Physics and has received patents on Optics Technology for telescope applications from the US Patents Office.

Taso Kastanis is responsible for the Financial and Technical operations within Internet Advisors Group. Mr. Kastanis earned a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, and holds numerous technical certifications in Windows and Unix operating environments.

Mr. Kastanis began his career path working as a Business Analyst for an Israeli based mainframe and Unix software developer, New Dimension Software. After New Dimension Software, he joined high technology start-up Visual Networks in Rockville, MD. Visual Networks provided valuable startup, technology, and IPO experience. Today he brings over a decade of experience in finance, information technology, and business management knowledge to the company. His personal interests include, tennis, football, antiques, and art.
